Essentials

9:30 - 10:30 A.M. (MTWF)

 

Essentials follows the same principles and movements as our Group Fitness class but focuses on bodyweight and light weight exercises without the use of barbells.

We meet you where you are. Every workout includes modifications and movement options to support all skill levels--whether you are brand new or more experienced

Morning Classes

5:30 - 6:30 A.M. (M-F)

8:30 - 9:30 A.M. (M-F)​

Afternoon Class

4:30 - 5:30 P.M. (M-F)

Evening Class

5:30 - 6:30 P.M. (M-F)

A high-intensity fitness class that combines weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements to enhance strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Ground Flow

4:30 - 5:30 P.M. (TTH)

Ground flow is a dynamic fitness class that emphasizes fluid movements through poses and static holds, improving flexibility, strength, balance, and core stability.
