Essentials follows the same principles and movements as our Group Fitness Class but focuses on bodyweight and light weight exercises without the use of barbells.
Ground Flow is a dynamic fitness class that emphasizes fluid movements through poses and static holds, improving flexibility, strength, balance, and core stability.
