HERE'S HOW TO GET STARTED!

On the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, come experience why we are more than just a gym by trying one of our free classes for all skill levels.  No prior experience is necessary!  All you need to bring is something comfortable to workout in, a water bottle, and yourself.  We will take care of you and the rest of the details. ​

In order to be eligible for our monthly membership classes, each person is required to go through our Intro Course.  This course consists of 6 classes spanning 2 weeks where we will cover everything you need to know to safely and effectively join our fitness community.

Upon completion of our foundations course, you are ready to join our fitness community!  We emphasize workouts that include functional movements (FITT) which will help you be generally physically prepared (GPP) for your everyday life.  We have multiple classes to choose from, so check out our schedule to find one that works for you.
